In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to close all of our lobby entrances temporarily. As always, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and community members are our top priority. *All drive thru windows will remain open for normal business hours and will be fully operational. All of our branches, with the exception of our new Ridgeland location are equipped with a Drive Thru. For outside of the lobby assistance at our Ridgeland location, please visit the ATM located in our front foyer, or call 601-414-2100 upon your arrival to the branch and an employee will be happy to assist you.

Use our Text Banking Service: SMS text banking works with any text enabled phone to bring PriorityOne wherever you are. Once the service is activated, you can send a message to ‘49794’ to see your balance, recent transactions, and more! For a comprehensive list of our text commands visit our Anywhere Banking page and click the “SMS Text Banking” tab. To activate SMS Text Banking, log in to your existing PriorityOne online banking account and opt in under the mobile banking tools section of your dashboard.
