Beginning Monday, June 1 our lobbies will be open during normal business hours. This excludes our Magee Lending, Pearl, and Collins Civic Center branches which will remain closed until further notice. Please be aware that there are a few procedures we have put in place for your continued safety and the safety of our employees.


We are limiting the number of customers in our lobbies to 5 or less at one time. You may be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle until it is safe to enter the building.
A face covering/mask is required to enter the building, if you do not have one, one will be provided to you prior to your entry.
Individuals who are not conducting banking business (i.e. family members, additional members of your party, etc.) will not be allowed in the building.
Maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet between yourself and others ; floor signage is available to assist you.
After entering you may be asked to briefly remove your face covering for ID purposes.


We will not have public restroom facilities available. As always, we encourage you to continue to take advantage of our full-service drive thru, ATMs, Online Banking, and Mobile App.

Use our Text Banking Service:

SMS text banking works with any text enabled phone to bring PriorityOne wherever you are. Once the service is activated, you can send a message to ‘49794’ to see your balance, recent transactions, and more! For a comprehensive list of our text commands visit our Anywhere Banking page and click the “SMS Text Banking” tab. To activate SMS Text Banking, log in to your existing PriorityOne online banking account and opt in under the mobile banking tools section of your dashboard.
